1985年本科畢業(yè)于湖南醫(yī)科大學(xué)(現(xiàn)中南大學(xué)湘雅醫(yī)學(xué)院)，畢業(yè)后一直從事病理學(xué)的醫(yī)教研工作，先后在中山醫(yī)科大學(xué)病理教研室和香港中文大學(xué)病理學(xué)系獲得碩士和博士學(xué)位。1991年入職于中山大學(xué)腫瘤醫(yī)院病理科擔(dān)任病理醫(yī)生，1997年在香港威爾斯親王醫(yī)院進(jìn)修臨床病理診斷。臨床醫(yī)療擅長(zhǎng)于腫瘤病理診斷，教學(xué)主講本科生和研究生的《腫瘤病理學(xué)》課程，科研上主要研究腫瘤發(fā)生發(fā)展的分子機(jī)制及分子分型，已獲得包括5項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然基金在內(nèi)的省部級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目16項(xiàng)。發(fā)表文章近70篇，其中以第一作者或通訊作者發(fā)表SCI文章近30篇。 目前擔(dān)任中國(guó)抗癌協(xié)會(huì)腫瘤專業(yè)委員會(huì)常委，廣東省抗癌協(xié)會(huì)腫瘤病理專業(yè)委員會(huì)主任委員，廣東省醫(yī)師病理分會(huì)副主任委員、廣東省醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)病理專業(yè)委員會(huì)常務(wù)委員以及廣東省抗癌協(xié)會(huì)小兒腫瘤專業(yè)委員會(huì)常務(wù)委員，并擔(dān)任三本專業(yè)雜志編委：《癌癥》、《中華腫瘤防治雜志》、《腫瘤防治研究》。 近年主持的研究課題: (1) 國(guó)家自然基金(81372572)：P2-HNF4α促進(jìn)肝癌細(xì)胞增殖的分子機(jī)制;2014.1-2017.12。 (2) 國(guó)家自然基金：81172345/H1617;miR-663在肝癌細(xì)胞增殖中的作用及分子機(jī)制研究。2012.01～2015.12。 (3) 國(guó)家自然基金：編號(hào)：30973506;MiRNA靶向MIF及其在鼻咽癌浸潤(rùn)轉(zhuǎn)移作用。2009-2011。 近期發(fā)表的主要文章： 1， Zhou X, Zhang CZ, Lu SX, Chen GG, Li LZ, Liu LL, Yi C, Fu J, Hu W, Wen JM, Yun JP. miR-625 suppresses tumour migration and invasion by targeting IGF2BP1 in hepatocellular carcinoma.
